Posterior interosseous(radial) nerve injury

        임상진단(증상) : Left thumb weakness

    1. Nerve Conduction study

   

       1) Motor nerve conduction study

          WNL at left median, ulnar and right radial nerves

          Low amplitude at left radial nerve than right side

       2) Sensory nerve conduction study

          WNL at left superficial radial, median and ulnar nerves

     2. EMG

        Abnormal spontaneous activities at left EIP and APL muscles

        Giant MUAPs at left EIP muscle

        Polyphasic MUAPs at left APL muscle

        Reduced recruitment pattern at left APL muscle

     Result) Posterior interosseous(radial) nerve injury, left

                - Injury level : mid-forearm level

                - Partial axonotmesis with regenerating state
